Can not say this enough! The BEST taco I've ever had in Texas and I've lived in Austin my entire life. I could eat 20 of these tacos easy they are amazing. The salsa goes with them perfect too. The corn tortillas are unmatched. Service is amazing the owner and staff are so nice and thoughtful

The food is incredible, flavorful, and authentic. The tacos de suadero are delicious! The employees are some of the nicest and most genuine people you will come across.

Greeted with a peace sign, I got to have another great experience at Paprika ATX. I love the new rebranded menu and wow this place is doing mad business! There were at least 10 people here when I pulled up at 12:20pm. I'm so happy for this couple. Glad they can remember this face of mine. They have a large agua fresca size now so grab one, sit in your car with your windows down and grab you some damn good tacos.

This hit the spot on a cloudy Saturday!! Fresh, hot food that is absolutely delicious. Easily able to accommodate to make our food vegetarian. We got a nopalitos (cactus) taco and made it a quesitaco with griddled cheese added-- highly recommend doing so. Also got a torta with the same filling, and the bread was amazing. Loved all of it-- make sure to get the salsa verde as well! Small parking lot and a few tables of outdoor seating as well.

Welp. Here's another 5 star review for them. Now that the weather is GORGEOUS outside for a long time, it's FINALLY food truck season! And I will be spending a LOT of food truck season at Paprika! Kind of hard to see, they have a small sitting area in the parking lot they occupy. Probably close to 5 tables and chairs of 4. Their beef is "no teeth needed" tender and so, so flavorful. Their carnitas are spiced and citrusy. The cheese in their quesadillas is perfectly melted. Their 3 salsas (mild to spicy) are all fab - but the extra spicy salsa is perfect for me! Everyone working here was AWESOME, great service! Can't wait to go back :)

Some of the best tacos in Austin!! Paprika's sweet team is darn good at their craft. In a city full of tacos, these are some of the best - made fresh on the grill as you order, the Paprika team serves you right out of their truck. The flavor profile really stands out - the extremely fresh salsas, the warm corn tortillas (which I usually like flour better but NOT here!!), all paired with beautifully cooked and season meats which may even have a hint of sweet spice? So delicious. Paprika has a simple menu which allows them to focus on their craft - pastor, suadero, and mushrooms/soyrizo (at least on the day I caught them as a pop up downtown), plus all of those options are available with cheese. Everything was great. Expect to wait a bit if they are a guest / pop up but it's oh so worth it!!
